On Monte Baldo you can choose between different routes of varying difficulty. One of the most beautiful and rather easier routes leads from "Tratto Spino", the cable car summit station at 1,760 m above sea level in Malcesine, probably the best-known holiday resort on Lake Garda, to "Monte Altissimo" at 2079 m above sea level.
